Starting June 26th, we will be open to the public!

To test our new policies, starting today, we will be opening by appointment only and only for participants that have previously attended a class or open gym at Gripz.


SCHEDULING. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. And since we have limited capacity, classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to retain the session credit.

  • Classes/Open Gym Packages: For anyone with leftover credits, we've extended the expiration date by 4 months. You can use those credits for any of the Phase 1 Reopening Sessions.
  • Memberships: If you had a membership, we credited your account for the prorated amount based on when we closed and when the last autopay on your account occurred.

Phase 1 - Reopening Pricing Sessions expire after 60 days

Kids Classes
  • $17 - One (1) Session
  • $60 - Four (4) Sessions
  • $72 - Six (6) Sessions
  • $95 - Ten (10) Sessions
Teen/Adult Open Gym
  • $13 - One (1) Session
  • $50 - Five (5) Sessions
  • $80 - Ten (10) Sessions
  • $90 - Fifteen (15) Sessions

Our new policies have been put in place to vastly minimize the risk spreading the virus.

  • Masks will be required for everyone in the gym.  We will be selling some sweet Gripz masks for anyone that doesn't have one.  We will have an area designated by the back garage door to allow 1 guest at a time to remove their mask if they feel lightheaded.  Because everyone will be wearing a mask, we are able to open the whole gym instead of just sections at a time.
  • Stay at home if you are sick.  This should be self-explanatory at this point, but if you have had any symptoms in the past 14 days, or have been in contact with anyone having symptoms in the past 14 days, please stay home.  We won't be taking temperature at the door since that doesn't really do much.
  • No In-Gym Transactions.  To minimize surface transfer, all transactions must be done online.  You can purchase all of our goods and services online.
  • 50 Minute Sessions.  To limit airborne and contact transfer, all classes and open gym sessions are limited to 50 minutes.  That gives our coaches 10 minutes to clean between sessions.  You can attend up to 3 sessions per day.  If you are attending back-to-back sessions, we ask that you wait by the back garage door or outside while our staff cleans.
  • Max Capacity - 10 People. We will be vastly limiting the number of participants in the gym.  We ask that any non-participants wait in their car or outside, if possible. Otherwise, we will limit 1 guest per participant.
  • Stay 6-Feet Apart. While you are in the gym, we ask that everyone maintains social distancing of at least 6 feet.
  • Liquid Chalk Only. No loose chalk

Our coaches will be hosting live stream classes throughout May! We have a number of different options to get you through the quarantine.
  • VIRTUAL ninjaFit: Coach Dave takes you through a 30-minute bootcamp using equipment you have around the house.
  • VIRTUAL ninjaFlow: Coach Elaina takes you through a 30-minute yoga class targeting flexibility and strength building
  • VIRTUAL ninjaHang: Similar to ninjaFit, ninjaHang is a 30-minute bootcamp that requires a pullup bar.
  • VIRTUAL ninjaTips: Coach Phil and Coach lil Ryan offer tips and advice on conquering your home obstacle courses.
