Get ready to dominate the upcoming obstacle course races with our OCR Prep Class!
Whether you're gearing up for Tough Mudder (June 14th) or Spartan Race (July 19th) in Michigan, this class is designed to take your training to the next level.
Each session will simulate common obstacles you'll encounter at these events, helping you build the strength, cardio endurance, and techniques needed to crush the course. From scaling walls to crawling under (simulated) barbed wire, swinging from monkey bars, and dragging sandbags, we’ve got the perfect mix of challenges to prepare you for race day.
Whether you're a first-time racer or an experienced competitor, this class will push your limits and help you feel confident on race day.

After enjoying the activities, the party room is available for your group to relax and eat. It’s a great space to continue the celebration with food and drinks that you can bring along.
